Imex Headquarters Moves to Matthews - 2004

 

IMEX Vinyl Packaging has come a long way since starting out in 1974 in a small office suite in New York City, in the heart of the Home Fashions district (6th Avenue & 30th Street). In 1994, after 20 years in New York City, they moved it all 'down South' to Charlotte, NC.

 

IMEX now embarks on a new journey of moving into headquarters in the Charlotte area, where they have built a new 7,500 square feet building, ample for the increasing needs. This new headquarters will feature a beautifully designed showroom for displaying our huge variety of quality vinyl bags, a state-of-the art conference room, large open reception and lobby areas and smart office spaces for their increasing work force.

 

The new IMEX headquarters is the perfect complement to its distribution centers. It serves as the control center for the factories in China and distribution center in Charlotte.

 

This new facility is conveniently located 30 minutes from Charlotte Airport (Douglas Airport) and easily accessible from Interstates 77, 85 and 485.
